Problems Installing Dailogic 4pci On Windows 2003

I am having issues installing my Dialogic 4PCI on my Windows 2003 server.

 

I downloaded version 5.11 from Dialogic and installed it, and I got the following errors during installation:

 

1. a windows popup error telling me 'FS_OPERROR'

 

2. a few moments later another error 'DM3config.exe - mercconfig.dll was not found'

 

3. a bit after one more error 'Error executing program c:\prgram files\dialogic\bin\dlgh323.exe -install

 

Because of these errors, I cannot start the Dialogic services. The Event viewer tells me the dialogic services depend on the dlgh323 service which is not available.

 

Please help me, thanks ahead!

Not sure why you'd get these errors.

Have you tried contacting the Intel distributor from were you've purchased the card?

Note: I installed successfully Service Pack 5.11

Did you install Service Pack 5.1.1 before installing System Release 5.1.1 itself?

I figured the problem. Had to install the CUSTOM INSTALLATION of the dialogic software 5.1.1 and check the Global Api tool. That was the only way to avoid all of the errors above!
